Ideal for use with treadmills, ellipticals and stair steppers, this fitness journey dvd lets you stay in shape and turn exercising into a relaxing journey amidst the peace and quiet of nature.

This virtual walk dvd has 4 very different journeys to choose from: walk down a lush, green lane with tropical flowers and beautiful hills as the backdrop - travel down a mountain road with views of the distant sea - walk along a coastal lane where butterflies flutter around you and the sea is never far away - and journey past green fields, through jungle vegetation and palm trees.

This dvd uses the sounds of nature, recorded on location. All tracks repeat automatically allowing longer exercise sessions and a play all function lets you play all 4 in turn.
